Great location, just a quick walk to the arena! 😊 I really liked the restaurant here, it was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and always on top of things.

Amazing great historic place with excellent and unbeatable location short walk to entertainment district as well as Rouyn-Noranda for the first time for a business trip last month. Free and delicious breakfast with REAL maple syrup - well worth the money.

Horrible staff!

The location was the best possible, just a short distance from Mouska Park. The breakfast was delicious and the real maple syrup was perfect to start our day.- The staff was really helpful and requests were handled quickly.

I really liked the spacious bathroom and the cleanliness of it. I also liked the breakfast which was just fabulous; a hearty big warm breakfast; really amazing. The staff were very helpful and kind. I liked the decor of the whole place. The bathroom again was very functional and well put together. My best stay at a motel for sure, out of all others. A plus from me for sure. When ever we go back we will definitely stay there again.

The parking was a problem. We were there to attend a music concert festival, there was 3 meetings going on and so there was no parking space until early evening.

rooms were a good size, bed very comfortable and breakfast which was included was delicious

view from my room was not very pleasant but was really a big deal, I thought I would mention it in case it is important for anyone who reads this

The staff here are amazing and went out of their way to assist me, the place has recently been renovated and the room had a luxurious king-sized bed, while the food was delicious and they even provided complimentary drinks.

This place offers spacious, modern units with large king-size beds, in a great location where the staff is always friendly.

Would have liked to know before arriving that parking was a block away.

The room was well-appointed and well furnished. The breakfast was warm and there was lots of amazing food.- The location was perfect, around a 10-15 minute walk from Theatre du Cuivre.

The unit we got was big and updated with a hairdryer and complimentary soaps. The hotel was close to many restaurants and the downtown lakeside boardwalk and bike trail.- Freshii, a soup restaurant, was only a 5-minute walk away.

This venue was exactly what we were looking for and everything was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and hot with plenty of items, had a really great stay on a business trip.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and duvets. Conveniently located with restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Nice walking promenade with stores and boutiques nearby.
